Shipping ::: around 2 $ to 4 $. Digital pictures can't be sent physically but only per email.

Please tell me what media you want me to use for your picture! I can also mix them.

Payment:

I accept payment in advance and via PayPal only!
For fairness though, when you commission me for more than just a sketch you will be involved in the process!
This means, as soon as I finished the sketch for the piece I’ll show it to you via scan and you may suggest some changes if you want before I start inking and coloring.
Shipping the original to you is optional and costs a little extra (up to 4 US$)

Info I need from you:

There's two possibilites here:

Possiblity 1: You let me roam totally free. I don't expect to get any commissions like this, but hey, you never know. Just saying that I'm up for it of course.

Possiblity 2: Tell me what you have in mind for your pic and what you want it to look like unless you want to leave the decisions to me.

Note:
The more detailed you describe your wishes to me (reference pics would be great!) the more exactly I can work to your expectations.
The less detailed you describe it to me, the more I'll work with my own imagination and interpretations. Easy, no?

Here is some info which is useful for me to work from:
- Character References! (pictures!)
- desired poses/expressions
- desired mood
- desired color schemes
- desired background. The price of the background depends on it‘s complexity.
- desired style?
- desired adaptions to my style?
- desired media (might affect the price!)

If you’ve seen something somewhere (maybe in my gallery)... a certain pose, layout, composition etc. want me to do something similar – just ask, that’s also okay! I’m quite flexible with what I draw.
I won’t copy other people’s unique ideas however!

Pure Realism.

I reserve the right to turn down commissions beforehand if I doubt that I could draw what you wish for.

First off, check my Commission Status above! If I’m closed for commissions you can’t get any of course, but you’re always welcome to ask when I’ll open them again. Even when I'm not open for commissions at the moments, feel free to drop me a note to reserve a spot for when I'm open for commissions again!

Contact me via dA note, or by mail at Denise.Sostre [at]gmai[dot]com with the word ‚Commission‘ and your account-name in the subject.
We can discuss things from there, and if you have any questions, just ask! I don’t bite and am quite flexible and also willing to discuss via email until you're satisfied and everything's clear.

As soon as we have agreed on everything, I’ll expect your full payment. Please send your payment to Denise.Sostre[at]gmail[dot]com via PayPal.
As soon as I’ve received your payment I’ll start the sketching. Unless you commissioned me only for a sketch, I’ll show you the sketch and you may suggest any changes to it.

Optionally, I can send you the original.
For Digital Art you’ll receive the finished pic in a high resolution.
For Traditional Art you’ll receive the original piece against a shipping fee (4$ at the most)

Commissions are priority! I might allow myself to do a little spontaneous doodle in between but in general I’ll take care to finish your Commissions ASAP! I don't want people to wait for months for stuff they paid for.
If for some reason I can not finish your commission, you’ll get a FULL REFUND plus the sketch/outlines (however far I got with your commission)

Legal Stuff

On the original Pic you’ll find a little unobtrusive signature by me
You are allowed to post the pic you commissioned anywhere as long as you clearly give me credit by linking to my dev-account.
You are free to do whatever you want with the commissioned piece, as long as you don’t gain money from it . This means I retain the rights to the pic.
